Please bring a 100% Vegan, Raw Food Dish for 10 people.

We target starting at 7:00 PM. If you desire to pick up Raw Super Foods come at 6:00 PM.

We usually have between 50-100 people and recommend you bring a friend or two with you.

Well behaved, closely supervised children are welcome. Please be aware people who attend may have serious health challenges they requires assistance with. Quiet children support enjoyable conversations between all attendees.

First Time Recipe Ideas

Bring along several bags of various pre-cut, pre-washed greens and we'll throw them into a communal salad bowl when you arrive. You can always add chopped up avocados, tomatoes and any other veges which you enjoy.

Drop by Mystica's Raw Essentials Living Foods booth at the Sunset Valley Farmer's Market.
